Trafficware® seeks an experienced traffic engineer for our Sugar Land corporate office, to provide training to our customers on the Synchro/SimTraffic product platform.

Become the subject matter expert for Trafficware’s Synchro/SimTraffic product platform, including customer training, support, documentation, product development, and recommend enhancements.  You will be:

• Training and providing on-site/web-based training and sales seminars.
• Developing new face-to-face courses and associated training.
• Developing new webinar courses for Trafficware University.
• Contacting various transportation agencies to “sell” training services.
• Writing technical papers based on various Synchro/SimTraffic related topics.
• Working with customers answering questions, solving problems and assisting in resolving issues.
• Developing and continuously testing all developed products.
• Delivering complete product designs in a timely manner.
