Provides professional land surveying services for various projects. Responsible for supervision of field operations, deed and map research and project management. Responsible for boundary survey calculations analysis and final map checking, abstracting title data and client relations. Responsible for directing crew members when working on his/her projects, quality, budgets and meeting established schedules. Experience with AutoCad and TDS preferred.
Essential Duties: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty meeting external and internal client expectations.
Assemble field data, perform boundary survey calculations, and prepare legal descriptions
Responsible for deed and map research, final map checking, and abstracting title data
Assist in managing operations and directing work of survey field crews and office personnel
Provide quality control and quality assurance on all project work
Prepare and monitor project budgets and billing
Responsible for client management on projects
Business development for discipline in market.

Qualifications, Experience, and/or Education:
Land Surveyor (LS) / Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT) or comparable education
Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent technical experience preferred
Minimum 5 years of field and survey technician experience
