A multi-national/ multi discipline Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a SeniorGeotechnical Engineering for its ST. Paul, MN office. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDED.

The Sr. Geotechnical Engineer's primary function is to generate sales through relationship marketing, managing projects to ensure jobs are completed timely, professionally and within project budgets, and manage and develop Geotechnical Project Engineers, and Drilling Crew Personnel to provide outstanding service to clients.
Responsible for Geotechnical staff, equipment allocations, schedules and costs to ensure the timely completion of projects and to minimize potential delays.
Geotechnical Engineer must ensure all work is performed in accordance with company procedures and regulatory agencies requirements.
Growing the business by actively maintaining and developing relationships with customers and top accounts in line with Element’s commercial strategies.
Understanding the local geotechnical marketplace, market trends, and market position relative to the competition to ensure the value proposition of the department remains competitive and market-leading.
Working with the Sales team on growth initiatives that include customer visits, technical presentations, and winning business.
Responsible for monitoring and enforcing safety procedures to conform to appropriate company procedures, standards and regulatory agencies’ regulations.
MUST live in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa or Wisconsin.
MUST HAVE Professional Engineer (P.E.) License - required.
If PE is out-of-state = must obtain a MN PE prior to beginning employment.
