Preferred candidate would be located on the East Coast; the position is remote and will require someone to travel at least 50% of the time domestically and at times internationally.
What we offer
Develop, implement, and manage Global Key Account Strategy for UTC Aerospace (UTAS and Pratt and Whitney).
Coordinate the communication and implementation of the Key Account Strategy.
Build high level relationships with key decision makers, research customer needs, coordinate Henkel resources meeting customer needs.
Build, lead, and motivation of internal support and project teams meeting customer needs.
Manage, document, and present Added Value efforts meeting customer needs for key influencers/decision makers at account(s). Build and prove partnerships.
Identify, Manage and coordinate new technology, innovation and business solution opportunities on a global basis.
Negotiate regional and global contracts in conjunction with the sales department
Comfortable with 50% travel, domestic and international
Who we are looking for
Bachelor Degree in technical or business field
Management and business/financial acumen
Strong understanding of Aerospace and or related industry
Excellent sales, presentation/communication, leadership, and teambuilding skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Minimum 10 years experience in technical sales, service and manufacturing environments, preferably in the Aerospace or industry related to adhesives, sealants, coatings, and surface treatments.
Telecommuting is allowed.
Additional Salary Information: Some flexibility on compensation, based on experience
