The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for transportation design and traffic engineering projects to ensure pedestrian and vehicular safety. The successful candidate will possess some traffic engineering experience; experience working with a diverse workforce and population; a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Traffic Engineering or related field; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the essential knowledge, skills and abilities. Certification as an Engineer-In-Training (EIT) is required.
