Jennings Strouss seeks an experienced part-time energy / FERC attorney to work with the Energy practice group in its Washington D.C. office. Candidate must be independent, a self-starter, energetic and possess strong writing skills. Experience before FERC and knowledge of electric and natural gas law required. The firm handles energy transactional matters and regulatory and compliance matters before the FERC, federal courts, and state public utility commissions.
