Looking for experienced Project Managers to join our Los Angeles team. This will require all stages of managing the project, including but not limited to; determining Union requirements, reviewing job specifications, visiting job sites, attending pre-construction meetings, reviewing contracts, ordering materials, managing change orders, quality control, and overseeing the close-out process. We embrace both exceptional individual efforts and collaborative team work.
A minimum of five (5) years experience with various sized projects. With direct experience in managing several small and mid-sized projects simultaneously. Consisting of a mix of project types such as heavy glass walls, some small storefront openings, glass railing, tenant improvement projects. Working knowledge of field practices. Experienced with materials, machines, and tools. Firm knowledge of reading blue prints and structural drawings. Excellent customer service skills and problem solving skills. Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Project Organizational and documentation skills.
