Overview:
Are you a maintenance professional that enjoys variety in your job? Join our team at AMLI Residential as our newest Maintenance Technician. As the Maintenance Technician at AMLI Arts Center, you will maintain the efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds including apartment make ready job duties.
Duties Include:
- You will diagnose maintenance issues and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance.
- Touch up painting around the exterior of the building when necessary; this includes doors, rails, hallways, gates etc.
- The tech is also responsible for punching the units at turn.
- Will share on-call with other team members.

Requirements:
- EPA Universal or type 1 and 2 certification.
- 1-3 years maintenance/HVAC experience
- Available for on call and weekend rotation
