This position is responsible for the sustaining quality function for a manufacturing value stream. We are looking for a technical leader able to partner cross functionally within the organization to drive the business forward!
Location/Division Specific Information
This position offers a great opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced quality engineering professional. The role is located in Franklin, MA and will have a key impact on the success of the Environmental and Process Monitoring (EPM) Business Unit. EPM is a $285M standalone, global and fast-growing BU within the Chemical Analysis Division (CAD).

What will you do?
Hands-on implementation in Quality Assurance/Control
Auditing (Internal, External, Supplier)
CAPA ownership and mentoring for all business partners
Providing support in the creation and monitoring of Nonconformances
Completion of Complaint Investigations and trending
Participation on New Product Introduction teams to provide feedback relating the product quality and compliance and the quality management system.
Use Thermo Fisher Scientific's PPI Business System to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across the Quality function.
How will you get here?
Education Requirement:
Education: B.S. in engineering; advanced degree a plus.
Experience
Demonstrated ability (> 5Y) in Quality Engineering.
Experience working with multiple projects and focus areas.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Six Sigma or Lean Training and or Certification.
Experience with ISO 13485 and ISO 14971 preferred
ASQ Quality Engineer certified preferred
