REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will possess four years of progressively responsible experience in the field of civil engineering, including three years supervisory and administrative experience related to municipal public works planning, design, construction and administration. Graduation from a four year accredited college or university with a major course work in civil engineering. Possession of a valid Certificate of Registration as a Registered Civil Engineer in the State of California is mandatory. Certification as a Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) and Practitioner (QSP) is highly desirable.
