The Firm seeks a mid-level or senior associate attorney with experience and interest in infrastructure project finance, procurement, and delivery, especially through design-build, public-private partnership (P3), and other forms of alternative and innovative contracting models. The position will be located in our Denver office, but location in the New York office will also be considered. The firm will also evaluate well-qualified candidates willing to relocate to either Denver or New York. The cost of relocation is the responsibility of the candidate.

In this role, you will be a key member of our Major Project, P3, and Alternative Delivery practice, as well as supporting related airport, rail/transit, highways, social infrastructure, real estate/land use, energy, and tribal matters as needed. Working directly with partners and clients, you will be uniquely positioned to have a significant impact from day one, while also building valuable experience for the long term. When pandemic restrictions are lifted, you will have opportunities for travel and client meetings both within and beyond your home office location.
4-8 years relevant experience in project finance, procurement, and/or infrastructure delivery and construction contracting, including using design-build, public-private partnership (P3) and other alternative delivery methods
Outstanding drafting and analytical skills
Strong record of academic excellence and leadership
Admission to practice in Colorado, New York, or California
Position would be resident in the Denver Office, but being resident in the New York Office would also be considered
Law degree from an accredited law school
Excellent judgment and ability to work independently
A demonstrated interest (professional or personal) in the areas of transportation, infrastructure, development, urbanism, and/or related area
