Postdoctoral Fellow Neurogenetics
A postdoctoral position is available in the Jayadev Laboratory in the Department of Neurology, Division of Neurogenetics at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. This position will encompass projects related to the pathophysiology of Alzheimer and neurodegenerative diseases.  The group studies immune function and genetic risk regulating neuroimmune mechanisms of disease with the goal of informing effective therapeutic development.  We are interested in the diversity of immune cell phenotypes in the brain and their relative contribution to or protection from disease.  We leverage AD subject biospecimens including brain, skin and blood to establish molecular profiles using single cell/nucleus ‘omic approaches.   The laboratory has an active stem cell model
