OVERVIEW The Customer Quality Manager will lead and implement product, process, equipment and tooling qualifications and continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and consistency of products and processes. This position will provide leadership, influence, and direction for the company Quality Assurance activities. RESPONSIBILITIES Advocates for quality awareness and quality deployment throughout all areas of the company Establishes the Quality System, Quality Plan and Departmental Procedures. Provides strategic QMS direction to plant Managers/Supervisors. Leads a group of managers on various projects. Promotes quality achievement
