Job Responsibilities:Rakes the courtyard crushed granite on a weekly basisPicks up and removes trash from the retail areas including the garagesContinuously wipes all surfaces which include but are not limited to, outdoor furniture in the courtyard, window sills and retail store front railingsCleans ground level retail windows on a quarterly basisPressure washing of retail areasBlowing the groundsMaintains cleanliness of flower plantersEmpties retail flower garbage bins and wipes the bins downGarbage patrol/pick up in all retail areas including parking garagesRemoves cob websAssists with snow removal tasks such as shoveling sidewalks, steps, and doorways as needed during winter months
