***This is a hybrid position, reporting to the Austin office 2 days a week, and remote 3 days a week; relocation allowance is available.*** LCRA is seeking a Manager of Engineering to lead a dynamic team of Transmission Line Engineers, Analysts and Technicians. We need an innovative, strategic problem solver, a leader who will inspire, mentor, and lead an exceptionally technical team to solve sophisticated challenges. Duties: - Provide leadership and direction to staff- Support the success of the Capital Plan- Proficiency in the applications of industry standards specifically the National Electric Safety Code- Direct and coordinate Engineering standards, practices, and procedures for a consistent design- Manage department and director assigne
