Working Crew Leader I - Distribution
General Purpose This position is responsible for providing field supervision over a crew or crews involved in the construction, maintenance, and operation of the underground and overhead electrical distribution system. Lead by example to promote a safe work environment. This position performs skilled work at the journey level in the construction, maintenance and operation of the underground and overhead electrical distribution system including installation of fiber optic cable. Work includes performing skilled tasks on both de-energized and energized systems up to 13,800 volts utilizing rubber gloving practices. Respond to customer power outages and electrical problems.
