As a Civil Manager/Engineer, you have the opportunity to lead project design, manage projects, cultivate client relationships, and grow as an engineer and leader within the company.  We are looking for engineers that have a passion for their projects, clients and team, and who have the desire to advance their careers. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage projects and staff
• Develop design concepts, drawings, engineering calculations, system/site layouts, specifications, and cost estimates
• Overall project coordination through completion of construction
• Interact with clients during projects
• Collaborate with project team, schedule & financial goals
• Attend project meetings, manage your team, help us meet our client’s expectations

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Civil Engineering.  Municipal experience such as streets, drainage, and utilities a plus.
• Technical expertise in roadways, site layout, grading, utility design, storm water management (including low impact development strategies) and storm water pollution prevention plan development. 
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D or willingness to learn
• Strong project management skillset
• Experience with project management
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a professional and collaborative team environment
• Registered  Professional Engineer

Licensed Engineer in the State of Texas
