Position Summary CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES – RESPONSIBILITIES   Sweeps, polishes, and wet mops dining rooms, halls, offices, apartments, lobbies, study lounges, classrooms, auditoriums, pressing rooms, treatment rooms, laundry rooms, shower rooms, locker rooms, stairways, outside entrances, and all such areas. Cleans restrooms and shower room toilets, lavatories, urinals, shower stalls, floors, towel dispensers, all chrome, walls, ceiling, partitions, mirrors, and all other areas in room. Re-supplies toilet tissue, towels, soap and similar items in shower rooms, locker rooms, restrooms and bathrooms. Periodically scrubs and refinishes floors with sealers and finishers. Uses electronic floor machines, battery or electric automatic scrubbers,
