Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has an exciting position available for an entry-level civil engineer to join our water resources team. Responsibilities include assisting with the planning and design of water resources and other civil engineering projects; assisting with design analysis, drawings, reports, specifications and cost estimates for construction improvement projects. A valid driver’s license and some travel will be required.
The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil or environmental engineering or be able to obtain the degree within three months of hire.
The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:
Open and closed system hydraulics
Stream systems and flood mapping
Storm water systems including green infrastructure
