Pioneer Community Energy Seeks a Community Outreach Manager   The Community Outreach Manager works under direction of the Executive Director and includes a wide range of responsibilities for advancing Pioneer’s electric services and programs by conducting strategic community outreach and advocacy for the agency overall.
