The incumbent directs and oversees the activities of supervisory staff and personnel engaged in the service and repair of bus and rail fare collection equipment, cash processing (count room), revenue dispatching center, and lead fare payment systems administration and support. Provides strategic leadership in the development of future payment system for the agency and serves as liaison with internal stakeholders in aligning business needs with payment solutions.
