Job Duties: The primary purpose of this position is to complete the installation, maintenance, and repair of agency buildings, facilities, and equipment. Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: performing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks; performing preventative maintenance duties and identifying parts, tools and other service needs; using hand and power tools; installing and removing a variety of equipment; troubleshooting maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing and equipment repair or replacement; repairing railings, screens, fixtures, replace light bulbs, minor wall repair, window AC units, and related structures. Performing interior (rooms, lobbies, offices, halls, etc) and exterior (railings, doors, etc)
