Duties include: preparing project definition, scopes of work and scheduling; defining needs for meteorological, GIS (land use, soil data), hydrologic and hydraulic data; assessing the quality of existing data; designing and conducting statistical data analysis and data modeling; preparing computer models and performing simulations of hydrologic and water quality processes of watersheds us
