Sound Transit has an outstanding opportunity for a Manager - High Capacity Transit (HCT) Development.  The Manager - High Capacity Transit (HCT) will manage the project development & environmental process for the Operations and Maintenance Facility South, a project vital to the functioning of the Link regional light rail system. The OMF South will be used to receive, store & service Link trains & will support the entire Link system.
