The County of Riverside Department of Waste Resources has an opportunity for an Associate Civil Engineer (ACE) to join the Engineering and Operations Division located in Moreno Valley.     The ACE will report to an Engineering Manager in charge of Engineering/Operations/Permitting of several landfill sites. The ACE will handle the responsibilities of assigning work, giving instructions, and resolving difficult engineering and administrative problems in connection with the day-to-day operations of active landfills, including safety, traffic, surveying, and operation efficiency. Additionally, the ACE will direct the activities of a group of office engineering personnel in analyzing field data, preparing plans, profiles, maps, and related drawings necessary for construc
