The successful candidate for the Planner position will bring demonstrated experience working with a variety of stakeholders on development projects as well as a wide range of development applications with an emphasis on site plans, zoning bylaw amendments, minor subdivision modifications and condominium applications, Committee of Adjustment, Part Lot Control and demolition control, and sign and fence variances.
