Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit (SMART), the SF North Bay's commuter rail agency is seeking an experienced civil rights professional. Under general direction, the Regulatory Compliance and Civil Rights Manager coordinates the District's civil rights programs to ensure regulatory compliance of state and federal laws.  Monitors and facilitates the application of regulatory guidelines, organizational compliance and Civil Rights programs including, but not limited to, the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), American with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Title VI programs.  This position requires the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers.
