General Maintenance II - Electrician
Employment Status: StaffDescription of Key Responsibility: 1. Repair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances using appropriate tools and testing instruments.2. Lay out, assemble, install, test, repair and adjust electrical fixtures, apparatus equipment, wiring, and new services to include panels, breakers and conduit.3. Inspect the exterior and appropriate interior areas of assigned buildings on a regular basis, including exterior lighting fixtures. Identify, prioritize and perform or report necessary maintenance activities. Promptly report safety and security concerns.4.
