Position Summary CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES – RESPONSIBILITIES  Install and repair linoleum and Formica counter tops and backs.  Repair folding and sliding doors.  Repair, rebuild, and assist in recovering sofas.  Install floor and ceramic tile and base cove.  Repair and replace glass block and brick.  Repair and replace plumbing fixtures, valves, and traps.  Repair and replace cast iron, copper, steel, and sanitary piping.  Clean sewer lines, plugged stools, and drains.  Install new toilet stools, tanks, urinals, sinks, and related accessory fixtures.  Clean, adjust, and repair automatic controls, pilot lights, hot water heaters, and flex tubes in gas ran
