ROLE:TTS is seeking a competent Controls Engineer who will leverage their expertise in PLC programming, control panel design, instrumentation, AC and DC systems, troubleshooting, and testing to support our conversion, modification, upgrade, and service projects throughout the world.The Controls Project Engineer shall work as part of the TTS Engineering team with emphasis on:• Software development, testing, startup, and commissioning for PLC-based Control Systems• Detailed design of PLC-based Control Systems• Detailed electrical design of AC and DC systems• Creation, review, and approval of required project deliverables• Oversight and direction of electrical technicians for control panel fabrication• Factory and On-site testing and validati
