Function Statement: Under the general supervision of a senior technician or supervisor, performs renovation and restoration tasks to maintain the aesthetic components of the facilities interior and exterior. Modifies and installs drywall, doors, windows, ceilings and flooring; inspects and repairs fire rated walls and doors; and performs finishing tasks. Updates building drawings as necessary. Responds to emergency situations and evaluates and corrects defects. May assist lower level facilities technicians.
