SUMMARY   Under general supervision of the City Manager or Executive Team Leadership, the Capital Improvement Program Manager provides high-level professional capital improvement planning and implementation, project development, and engineering services engineering services for the City including engineering projects, regulatory compliance, and infrastructure planning. This position sets daily/weekly priorities for the City Engineer, leads the development of engineering standards and specifications, and represents the department in meetings. The Capital Improvement Program Manager also ensures efficient coordination of all city public works and capital projects while balancing field and office responsibilities.   ESSENTIAL D
