This position is located in the Transportation Mobility Division of the Department of Transportation Services (DTS) and is responsible for overseeing the administration of the maintenance and repair program for DTS rail facilities (e.g., administrative/operational buildings and grounds, stations/amenities, transit centers, park and rides, landscape and hardscape etc.) and non-revenue vehicles. The position oversees Contractor personnel responsible for the maintenance of the facilities/equipment and non-revenue vehicles including predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance. The position ensures compliance with facilities maintenance training programs, standards, and recommended practices, including regulatory and statutory requirements.
