Maintenance Specialist        This position will be responsible for maintenance of University campuses and buildings including Northeast Philadelphia and Newtown. Employees must understand the mission of Catholic higher education and be committed to the core values, mission, goals and objectives of Holy Family University. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:                       Skilled in basic HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, fire detection and suppression systems, electrical, painting, masonry, landscape, office renovations and equipment repair. Maintain grounds and common areas, including servicing trash/recycling receptacles and picking up debris on and around the direct vicinity of campus.
