As a Head of Data Science, you will be responsible for targeting audiences through both online and offline data, managing client needs, and implementing solutions to build brands. Other duties include providing thought leadership, anticipating project risks, and translating analytical science to optimizing and refining the business. Tracks the competitive marketplace, business issues, and data challenges in order to deliver actionable insights, recommendations and business processes Directs team toward analytical solutions that are highly marketable and/or have a broad (quantified) impact on the business Manages staff, providing guidance, setting goals, and ensuring that overall department goals are attained Leads project team to achieve milestone
